The "Grant for Artistic City" is a system that subsidizes a portion of the expenses for artistic and creative activities carried out in Tokyo by multiple organizations and participants, such as festivals and art projects of various genres. By supporting these activities and their leaders, we aim to contribute to improving Tokyo's attractiveness as a city.
By supporting innovative projects with the power of communication and sustainability, as well as various activities with a ripple effect that create opportunities for many Tokyo residents to experience and enjoy art and culture, we aim to realize Tokyo, a world-class city of arts and culture, through the unity of the public and private sectors.
In fiscal 2026, we plan to conduct 2 rounds of public recruitment, with the second round scheduled for August 2026.
