In order to support initiatives and infrastructure development that create a virtuous cycle by increasing the number of people involved in arts and culture by making artworks rooted in everyday life and expanding the scope of artists' activities, part of the expenses will be subsidized.

The following projects are sponsored (or implemented primarily) by art groups, private organizations, and private companies.
・ A project that enables many Tokyo residents to participate in and feel close to art and culture, and that leads to it being rooted in their daily lives
・ A project that leads to the development of a foundation that expands the scope of artists' activities
However, there must be a place to interact with contemporary artists and art works.
