"BOADRUM" is a form of drum performance by many people that has been performed all over the world as BOREDOMS. This "Arv 100," which can be said to be the latest form, is based on the concept making and conduct by ∈Y _, and adds 200 cymbal players, commonly called "cymballers," and musicians, who are recruited from the public, and develops the largest performance ever. The Arakawa Discharge Channel, which houses the Arakawa Rock Gate, is an artificial river that was built 100 years ago in 1924 (1924) to protect the east side of Tokyo. This performance was held to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the opening of the Arakawa Discharge Channel, which has been protecting our daily lives without any flood damage since its completion.

[NPO Topping East]
Topping East started its activities as a voluntary organization in 2010, mainly in Ryogoku, Sumida Ward. In 2014, it became a specified non-profit organization with the aim of expanding what music can do in the city while sprinkling beautiful and vivid sound grains in the East Tokyo area. Participation programs such as the Hokusai Music Expo "ELECTRONICOS FANTASTICOS!" are held throughout the year. Since 2021, he has been conducting art projects “Sumida River Angry Waves, ”“ Sumida River Dochu, ” “Sumida River Ekko, ” and“ Arv100 ” in public spaces such as Sumida River and Arakawa River once a year.
