Along with the video, Rakugo storyteller Ryota Yanagiya introduced history and anecdotes related to each bridge, such as the legends of Ariwara no Narihira and Umewaka Zuka, river play in Ryogoku, the bustle of the sandbank, and the prosperity of Fukagawa geisha. Mieka Senshi and Misaki Kouta of Mingetsu kouta performed 24 kouta, including “From Yanagibashi, ”“ From Narihira, ” “From the Sandbank, ” and“ Mukaijima Meisho. ”. In addition, hayashi (musical accompaniment) performed by Chizuru FUKUHARA Shachu enhanced the realism of the scene. Owada Fumio, an advisor to the National Theatre of Japan, was appointed as the general director and scriptwriter for the film, which unites traditional performing arts and the scenery of the bridge to create a journey through the history of Edo and Tokyo that deepens feelings of fondness and nostalgia for the culture of the Sumida River basin.
