Profile
[Nihon Buyo Shudan Ku no Kai]
Nihon buyo is one of the most representative forms of physical expression in Japan and has a great influence on various performing arts. It is also closely related to Kabuki. In 2023, he was designated as an Important Intangible Cultural Property. In 1998, the group was formed by leading male dancers from different schools in an effort to bring Japanese dance to the future.
Among the new dances that are easy to understand and full of power that have been released one after another, "Onbashira Matsuri," which was first performed in 2000, has been reperformed almost 90 times nationwide and has received a great response. They are also actively promoting activities aimed at younger generations. They are a group of Japanese dancers who have attracted much attention from various quarters.
