Business Overview

The purpose of this project was to revive and continue the exchange of co-productions and invitations with Taiwan, which was interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to publicize the works of young Japanese directors and actors. Story line One day, Watako (Adachi Yumi) and her cheating partner Kimura (Suzuki Katsuhiro) are on their way home from a meeting when Kimura is hit by a car. Watako watches the accident from a distance and leaves without helping, returning to the home of her husband (Hirahara Tetsu), a university lecturer, and his son (Yamawaki Tatsuya), a junior high school student from a previous marriage. Before long, Watako hears the news of her death, but she cannot grieve in front of her family and begins to regret her actions. At that time, Watako is suggested by her husband to rebuild the family relationship, and she begins to do so while carrying Kimura's death with her.
