Business Overview
The project is an initiative to promote artists' production through research and communication, and to screen and interact with their work. In Day 1, Hidae Utamura's work offered a perspective of contemplation on natural phenomena that transcend the human dimension through the medium of the body, while Mei Honma's work focused on women and approached the problem through collaborative work and research into the traditional culture of the region where she stayed. In the discussion after the screening, Yuka Keino appeared as a guest and explored the process of thinking from one's own body and collaborating with others. On Day 2, Kim Woo-jin's work focused on the disappearing minority languages of Asia and explored how we face rapid social change. In addition, Kim In-sook's works extended the concept of "individual" to family and community. In the dialogue after the screening, Yuri Yamada participated as a guest and discussed the important elements in expanding the project and how to connect social issues to the film.
