Reiwa 5(2023) 1st Term Regional Grant [Newly established in FY2023]

Business Overview
This is a one-day event where you can enjoy the two traditional cultures of Noh and Rakugo at once. The lighting at night is made from bamboo that grows naturally in the temple and processed into lanterns, which are placed on the stage and garden to create an ethereal world. Rakugo storytellers, Nohgakushi performers, and the chief priest have a roundtable discussion in which you can hear stories that you cannot usually hear. In addition, before a Noh performance, a mini lecture by an expert will be held and the highlights will be explained in pinpoint. Nohgaku is an event that can be enjoyed casually by people who tend to think that nohgaku is too difficult or those who see it for the first time. Main performers: "Rakugo" Ichinosuke Shunputei, "Noh" Jiichi Asami Staff: Noriko Kawahashi Rika Asami Program: Ichinosuke Solo performance, round-table discussion, mini-lecture, Noh "Kagetsu"
