【 Tachikawa Citizens Opera Association 】
The Tachikawa Citizens Opera Association aims to create a comprehensive performing art called opera through collaboration between industry, government, and academia, and to revitalize the local community through music. In addition to opera performances, the Tachikawa Citizens Opera Association holds pre-events such as acting workshops and general production tours for young people, and promotes opera to a wide range of generations. The members of the association are the Tachikawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Kokuritsu University of Music, and the Tachikawa Regional Culture Promotion Foundation. 2/3 of the members are volunteers, and the association is managed in cooperation with industry, government, and academia.
