Business Overview
Even in the trend of modern Japanese music that began in the 1960s, there was hardly any combination of the shakuhachi, which is the same vertical flute of the east and west, and the recorder, so he came up with this project with the aim of developing it further. The aim is to create new music of Hue, Shakuhachi and recorder in the east and west. A new work by young and brilliant composers Wazuma Hideo and Negishi Kosuke opens a new field for the shakuhachi and recorder. In addition to master shakuhachi player Naoshi Tajima, Akito Kobama, a member of “The Shakuhachi 5, ” will also co-star. Aiming to spread the shakuhachi to the next generation. Suzuki Toshiya is expanding his recorder skills and repertoire. The program creates a wide world with young gazuma, Negishi, talented Tanaka Terumichi, Japan's representative Yuasa Joji, and world-famous composer Hosokawa Toshio.

Winner of the 37 Real Sound Composition New Artist Award, the 31 Asahi Composition Award (Choral Suite), and the 2021 Toru Takemitsu Composition Award. Nominated for the 32 Akutagawa Yasushi Suntory Music Prize.
Graduated from the Music Department of Nihon University. Completed a master's degree at the university.
