Business Overview
There will be 3 performances on Tuesday, December 26 at 19:00 and 27th (Wed) at 14:00 and 19:00. Program: "The Immunity of Solitude" (workshop program with general participants) Performers: 14 general participants, 4 moderndies, 2 guests Choreography: Takahiko Nakamura (moderndies) Lighting: Eiichiro Hattori (Iconics Yokohama) Stage director and sound: Toru Kuramoto The core of the program, "The Immunity of Solitude," was created with the participation of a variety of participants with different backgrounds, such as dance experience, gender, and age, in addition to the moderndies. Through weekly workshops, we were able to delve into the theme of "confronting the diverse loneliness hidden in Tokyo" and create an excellent work. It also attracted audiences of a wide range of ages, and was able to gain sympathy for the "loneliness" of each age group.

Profile
[Dance Group Moderndies]
In 2016, a group of first-class male modern dancers over 50 years old gathered at the urging of the late Yoji Hanawa. A dance company made up entirely of male dancers in their 50s to 80s, which was unprecedented in Japan. Each member is very unique and has a different style of expression. However, each individual is inspired and resonates to create a new world view. The reason why different personalities do not clash is because each person's view of life, which is based on the years of his or her growth, and his or her generosity work. The modern works, which are chic, gentle and sorrowful, offer a new sense of value in the world of contemporary dance.
