Business Overview
Continuing from its first performance in 2022, the show will convey the appeal of instrumental music from 17 century Bohemia. Focusing on Cromniège Castle and its gardens in the Czech Republic, which is registered as a World Heritage Site, the program of secular music mainly composed of handwritten scores owned by the library was performed in various compositions including 4 natural trumpets, 2 baroque violins, baroque viola, viola da gamba, violone, baroque harp and organ composed by a total of 11 members ("Sonata in Praise" composed by Bertali), dances and sonatas composed only by strings (Bieber's "Weeping Barrett," author unknown "Viola 3: Barrett for Voices."), and Flauberger's keyboard composed by harp solos and harp and organ duos. In addition, bass singer Yusuke Watanabe, who is active in Bach Collegium Japan, etc., was invited as a guest for "Serenade of Night Pilgrimage" composed by Bieber.
