Business Overview
Proof will be performed in Japanese, English and bilingual versions. First of all, by working in English, the original language, we will deliver to the audience without losing the "cultural richness" of the local culture, which is often lost when overseas plays are performed in Japanese. And by performing a bilingual version with a Japanese-English mix, we will bring you an experimental and new Proof that you have never seen anywhere else. Profile
[Kobayashi Haruyo]
Actor and translator. In 2011, he joined the theater group Caramel Box. Since then, he has been active mainly on stage. He also has experience performing in English. In 2017, he performed Yukio Mishima's "Aya no Tsuzumi" and Kyogen "Fukushi" in various parts of the UK, directed by Franco Figuredo, founder and artistic director of the British theater company Stone Crabs. In 2020, he was selected for the Overseas Study Program for Upcoming Artists by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and sent to New York, USA for 1 year as a trainee. After returning to Japan, he started a theater unit called Harunatsu.
