This association will be established on April 26, 2013 for the purpose of planning and holding the Nakano-ekimae Bon Odori Festival in order to popularize the Bon Odori Festival in the summer with live music, popularize Nakano Ondo, revitalize restaurants and other local restaurants, and form a local community.
