Beginning with how to dress in a dance uniform, how to hold a folding fan, and how to walk, students learn the foundation of Ryukyu dance, Kagiyade Kaze. After 10 lessons, they have recitals, rehearsals for stage appearances, and experience wearing costumes and makeup on stage.
