Business Overview
Based on the research of historical materials, the story of TAIRA no Atsumori told in the Heike Monogatari, the history of the battle between MINAMOTO no Yoritomo and the Oshu Fujiwara clan, and the story of World War II are superimposed on each other to depict universal human emotions and society that transcend time and are still relevant to us today. The cast consists of 13 people, the largest number since the foundation of the theater company. The story is expressed on a grand scale through interactive stage art and physical expressions, such as the bodies and sword fights of actors who move around the stage using props, and a large-scale stage set that imitates the Golden Hall of Chuson-ji Temple.
