【J-TRAD Ensemble MAHOROBA】
A group of traditional Japanese musicians who pursue sounds that resonate with the world with an ensemble that combines originality and creativity created from the roots of Japanese music as a "race." Established in 2021. In search of the present state of Japanese folk music, he develops a musical world that challenges the times, using both contemporary and traditional music as his repertoire.
The members are Shujiro HONJO (shamisen, kokyu), Hideji HONJO (shamisen, kokyu), Aoyama KAWAMURA (shakuhachi), Maya KIMURA (koto), Nobutaka YOSHIZAWA (17 stringed koto), Kisaburo KATATA (narimono).
