A performance cruise was held in which participants traveled by boat after sunset along the Sumida River, the Kanda River, the Nihonbashi River, and the Kita-Juma River, including the outer moat, and experienced various fragments of events formed by the rivers, along with audio guides, performances, readings, and works on display by artists. The participating artists are Tetsuya Umeda, Sota Kodera, Takafumi Sakanaka, Tomotoshi, Nao Mizusawa, Atsushi Yamamoto and Shiori Watanabe.
