Business Overview

Today, events where artists and diverse people create art together are taking place all over Japan and gaining citizenship. However, these activities have not been well organized in Japan. In the field of music, such activities are sometimes referred to as "community music," but the definition is difficult and there is no common understanding in Japan. As community music activities are expected to expand in Japan, the purpose of this project is to consider what community music is, what results can be expected, and how activities in Japan should be conducted in the future. The project was launched in 2021 and this year marks its 2nd year. It aims to share "what community music is" with more people involved in this field, such as artists, management, welfare, and administration.
