This association was established on April 26, 2013 for the purpose of planning and holding the Nakano Ekimae Big Bon Odori Festival in order to popularize the Summer Bon Odori Festival with live music, popularize Nakano Ondo, activate restaurants and other local restaurants, and form a local community.
