Business Overview
As a "new gateway to documentary filmmaking," a screening festival will be held in Tokyo, in which documentary films that transcend the boundaries of television, film, and the Internet will come together and compete for prizes in a competition format, with the aim of discovering and cultivating new documentary filmmakers. In addition, documentary films that have few opportunities to be screened, such as works on the theme of Tokyo and ethnographic films, will be widely introduced to audiences, thereby creating a "documentary viewing culture" in which audiences and filmmakers gather, share, and mutually criticize documentary films that record the world around them.
