Profile
【 Brilliant Corners 】
Kyoko Sato and Noriaki Mori established the Jazz Composers Collective in 2018, having a common awareness of the environment surrounding large-scale jazz in Japan and the horizontal relationship with jazz composers around the world. With the approval of composers based in Berlin and New York, a performance titled "Large Ensemble Jazz from Berlin, New York and Tokyo" was held in Tokyo in March 2019, where works by 7 composers from 3 cities were performed by musicians who play a central role in the Japanese jazz scene.
