Business Overview

This is a one-day event where you can enjoy Noh, a representative traditional art of the Muromachi period, and classical rakugo, a representative entertainment of the Edo period. Taking advantage of the power of the temple, which has been a place where people gather for a long time and has a deep relationship with Nohgaku (the art of Noh), and has created a number of cultures, not only the main hall where the performance is performed, but also the garden, corridors, and other buildings are lit with bamboo lanterns cut from the temple's bamboo forest every year to create a mysterious world. The temple kindly opened the guest hall, which is a cultural property of Setagaya Ward, to the public only on that day, and served tea and sake, so that visitors could fully enjoy Japanese culture with their five senses.
