The Bunkyo Autumn Cultural Festival is held every year to promote arts and culture in Bunkyo Ward and further promote cultural activities. It consists of four programs: Kado (flower arrangement), Sado (tea ceremony), Shodo (calligraphy), and Painting. The Kado Exhibition displays works by members of the Bunkyo Kado Sado Renmei, and the Shodo and Painting Exhibitions display works by members of the Bunkyo Kado Renmei and the Bunkyo Art Association, as well as works from the public.
