Business Overview
In this activity, "Dance Field for Everyone," a dance group that embraces diversity, created a workshop called "Looking to the Future," in which children intuitively grasp the ideal state of an inclusive society. Specifically, seven workshops (one of which was a performance) were held at educational institutions such as elementary schools and special needs schools in Tokyo and at gymnasiums in Tokyo. The main contents of the workshop are for children to appreciate works of inclusive dance, to listen to dancers with disabilities in their childhood and to freely talk with them about their thoughts on expression, and to create and express together while directly interacting with various members including children and persons with disabilities. All members of "Everyone's Dance Field" perform works and express themselves, and members with disabilities give speeches. In addition, we created and transmitted the true state of children's bewilderment, surprise, smiles, and emotions as they encountered disabilities and diversity for the first time as an archive titled "Looking toward the Future."
