Business Overview
The 45 th Regular Concert features recent works by four current Israeli composers. All songs were performed for the first time in Japan. Three composers came to Japan for this concert and we were able to deepen our exchanges. The 46 th Regular Concert featured the Japanese premiere of Marisol Jimenez's prize-winning work, which won the Irino Prize, and the latest works of 3 Japanese composers (Niimi Tokuhide, Inamori Yasutami, Yabuta Shoichi) who are currently active internationally. 【 Tokyo Sinfonietta 】
Tokyo Sinfonietta was established in 1994 with the aim of introducing contemporary music through outstanding performances and being directly involved with the creation of current composers. Since then, she has held regular concerts in Tokyo, performed at various music festivals, and performed at major contemporary music festivals around the world, starting with France and Germany in 1996. Through these activities, he has picked up works by more than 140 contemporary composers, commissioned new pieces from 16 composers of different generations, and performed world and Japanese premieres.
