Business Overview

"Is this a game? exhibition" is a new exhibition where you can "exhibit" and "try" experimental games created by up-and-coming game designers who are active in Japan and overseas. This exhibition, the second of its kind, is four times larger than the previous one, and the number of works on display has more than doubled. Like the game that takes a year to play, which was exhibited last time, it shakes up the common sense of the game through the game experience brought about by the rules. This exhibition presents not only the fun and enjoyment of games, but also the potential and development of rules.

Profile

[Nanoka Exhibition]
In recent years, not only Japanese digital games but also Japanese "analog games" (board games and card games) have been attracting attention around the world. Japan's unique artwork, concepts, and creativity that are different from the ones made in Germany and the United States, which have led the world's analog game market, are gaining popularity. The aim of the project is to accelerate this trend and promote "analog games as media art" from Japan to the world.
