Business Overview
This is a presentation event of cultural and artistic activities conducted by Nerima residents. The festival is held jointly by the ward and (Established in 1961. Secretariat: Nerima City Lifelong Learning Center) a federation of 18 genres. 18 federations conduct it in autumn (October to November). Folk song competition, sankyoku (koto, sangen, shakuhachi) performance competition, taishogoto competition, chorus festival, shigin kenbu shibu dance competition, yokyoku competition, folk dance competition, senryu competition, flower arrangement and tea ceremony competition, Japanese music performance competition, haiku competition, Taiko drum festival, Nerima calligraphy exhibition, folk dance competition, Western dance festival, Japanese dance competition, handicraft artist exhibition, vaudeville competition, 18 programs. The Nerima Council of Cultural Organizations is in charge of planning, performing and running the project.
