Business Overview

Anyone from the age of 0 can freely participate in this performance, and it is held with the aim of contributing to the future of Japanese art culture by encouraging parents to feel refreshed by interacting with art, and by encouraging young children who do not usually have the opportunity to interact with art to become familiar with art from an early age. By appointing talented young musicians as performers, we will give young musicians the opportunity to perform concerts and foster young people who will be the future promoters of the arts. The concert features violinist Yuna Toki and cellist Michiaki Ueno as soloists, and violinist, composer and conductor Yuki Ishihara as conductor. The orchestra members are young musicians who are active and studying in the world from Japan such as Tokyo University of the Arts, Tokyo University of Music and Toho Gakuen, and from overseas such as Berlin University of the Arts, the Royal Conservatory of Music and Dusseldorf University of Music. Performances include Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto, Elgar's Cello Concerto, Tchaikovsky's Fifth Symphony in a single movement and Disney Medley, as well as conducting experience for children aged 0 and up, and all movements for children aged 1 and up.

Profile

[Baby & Mama ART]
We want to create a time where children can enjoy themselves with confidence and without any worries. We have organized parent-child concerts for children from birth, offering opportunities for parents to experience art, which is usually difficult to do with children, while children are inspired by new experiences. We hope to make art accessible from an early age. We also believe that connecting young performers with their families will contribute to the promotion of the arts. By continually engaging in art appreciation from an early age, we aim to help children experience the joys of classical music, without preconceived notions that it is stuffy or sleepy. All performances are open to children from birth, and we provide stroller parking, nursing rooms, and diaper-changing areas. After the performance, those who wish can come onstage and touch the instruments they heard that day, listen to them firsthand, and even try playing them for themselves. We also offer photo opportunities. By providing memorable concerts and time to interact with the performers, these concerts connect young performers with children and their families, fostering future artists and promoting the arts.
