Business Overview
A collaborative performance between Goyokai [Minosuke NISHIKAWA, Juraku HANAYAGI, Motoi HANAYAGI, Ranko FUJIMA, Tomogoro YAMAMURA] and Indian art (Kathak dancing, sitar, tabla playing). The four programs are the traditional Japanese dance "Shinkyoku Urashima," the collaborative work "Hagoromo," "Sanbaso," and "Ramayana.". “Hagoromo ” and the following 3 programs are replays of the performance held in New Delhi, India in December of last year (2017). Profile
[Foundation for the Promotion of Japanese Dance]
It was established in March 1990 with the aim of promoting research, study, and presentation of classical Japanese dance works, spreading it to young people, and promoting international exchange. As a national art, he is working to spread and promote Nihon buyo in Japan and abroad and to contribute to the improvement of Japanese culture.
[General Incorporated Association Goyokai]
In 2009, Minosuke NISHIKAWA, Juraku HANAYAGI, Motoi HANAYAGI, Ranko FUJIMA, and Tomogoro YAMAMURA, who were talented dancers representing the world of Japanese dance, formed the Goyokai with the hope that they would cross over from each school and spread their wings toward the light. While preserving tradition, he is working tirelessly to spread and develop Nihon buyo (traditional Japanese dance) with new sensibilities and outstanding techniques.
