Business Overview

Looking ahead to the environment for performing arts after the Tokyo Olympics, we will begin preparing policy proposals, one of the objectives of our activities. It exchanges opinions with members and various performing arts producers through research, workshops, committees and symposiums. In addition, we will hold the APP (Asia Producers Platform) camp in Japan, which has been implemented through public-private collaboration with partner organizations in Korea, Taiwan and Australia since 2013, and hold several international conferences intensively in 1 week mainly in Tokyo. Approximately 30 young producers from Asian countries who will be responsible for the future will come together to create a forum for human resource exchange and information exchange with various Japanese performing arts producers, including ON-PAM members, and to develop human resources with an international perspective.

[NPO Performing Arts Producers Open Network]
Commonly known as ON-PAM. A network organization established in February 2013 with the initiative of individual "performing arts producers," who connect artists and artistic groups with audiences and interact with society. It aims to contribute to the promotion of the interests of the performing arts and society as a whole by defining and disseminating the social role of contemporary performing arts, and making proposals and suggestions for cultural policy. As of the end of March 2016, more than 150 domestic and international performing arts producers are active members.
