Business Overview
This program aims to improve the creative environment for performing arts activities in general by creating a continuous and developing work environment for stage producers. The seminar "Next Stage Production Seminar" will be held mainly for stage producers in the so-called "first career" such as new and young stage producers and aspiring stage producers. The seminar is taught by a stage producer who is active in the front line. The Takeda Tomoya Seminar, which deals with practical arts management to expand the possibilities of performing arts, will start in November. The Kishimoto Yoshiko Seminar, which teaches various knowledge about overseas performing arts and stage productions and hints for language learning, will start in February. The Okuno Masanori Seminar, which deals with communication and public relations, will start in May. In connection with this, we plan to conduct a fact-finding survey and research on human resource development and the working environment in the performing arts industry, and hold a symposium on what the future should be. In the future, it aims to establish an intermediate support organization with expertise to improve the employment environment for stage producers and to develop human resources.
