Started in 1998 with the aim of revitalizing local communities and promoting exchanges in Japan and overseas by creating a social environment where artists exist and their activities have an impact. Its purpose is to support and nurture artists through practice and to show society the heart and depth of art and culture. The group aims to build an international artist network based on the relationships fostered through its activities and contribute to the development and promotion of Japanese art.
