Profile
[Mikunya Naihara Project]
A solo project launched in 2005 by Yoshikuni Yanaihara, who has worked as a representative/choreographer of the director group Nibrole, with the aim of producing "theatrical works". The stage is filled with a sense of drive, with egotistical characters deformed like dramatic paintings spinning their words and bodies as if dancing. In 2007, he won the first Japan Dance Forum Award for his solo dance work "Sayonara". In 2008, he participated in the Aichi Prefectural Art Theater Drama Festival with "3 Years 2 Class." Participated in NHK Theatre Collection in 2009. In 2010, he received the Excellence Award at Shakespeare Competition for his "Forward! Timon."
