Junichi HIROKAMI & NIPPON FILL "OPERA no Tabi" Vol. 1 Verdi: Opera "Masquerade" was organized by the NIPPON FILL. The orchestra and singers lined up on the stage of the superb Suntory Hall to highlight the musical aspect of the opera, and it was performed in a semi-stage style.

【 Japan Philharmonic Orchestra 】
Founded in June 1956. Watanabe Akio, who played a central role in the founding of the orchestra, will serve as its first permanent conductor. Since September 2023, Ka Chun Won has been the principal conductor of the orchestra, and his originality and sincerity have attracted attention.
He won the Music Pen Club Music Award in 2023 for his outstanding performance and active programming, which was praised as "a clear indication of the direction that Japanese orchestras should go in the 21 century." In addition, the orchestra performs more than 150 times a year mainly with conductors such as Kenichiro KOBAYASHI, honorary conductor by Keikan, Alexander Lazarev, conductor by Keikan and artistic advisor, and Junichi HIROGAMI, Friend of JPO (artistic advisor).
Toward its 70 year anniversary in 2026, it aims to utilize the various powers of music in society for all people, generations, regions, and the world, while valuing the soil of "warmth" and "close to people" with both artistic and social aspects.
