An art project exploring new possibilities for artistic expression by the Deaf and sending questions to society. “Re” means“ rebirth ” or “identity reconstruction, ” and“ Signing” means “people speaking in sign language ” or“ speaking in sign language. ”. It was established in 2022 with the hope that Deaf artists would be involved in the planning and management of Deaf people, communicate the reality of Deaf people's lives, the language of sign language, and Deaf culture to many people through art, try to rebuild identity and relationship between Deaf people and listeners, and become a place that encompasses various forms of artistic expression.
