We will support new artistic creative activities by up-and-coming artists and art organizations who are trying to develop activities in the Tokyo art scene. Targeting performances held in Tokyo or overseas, exhibitions, art projects, participation in international festivals, international collaborations, etc., the program supports start-ups in order for young talents to establish a foothold in future artistic activities.

A project sponsored by an individual residing in Tokyo or an art organization or other organization with a headquarters office or head office location in Tokyo.
The business falls under any of the following (a) or (b) and is accompanied by disclosure.
A. Artistic Creation Activities in Tokyo (Venues in Tokyo)
Performances, concerts, exhibitions, screenings, art projects, and other creative activities in Tokyo
* Projects that combine various artistic activities (festivals, etc.) are also eligible.
(b) International artistic creation activities (Venues in Tokyo, overseas, or in Tokyo and overseas)
Overseas performances and exhibitions, international collaborations, international festivals, invited performances and exhibitions, etc.
* In the case of "international art creation activities" conducted only in Tokyo, overseas art organizations and artists must play a major role in the project.
