We will support new artistic creative activities by up-and-coming artists and art organizations who are trying to develop activities in the Tokyo art scene. Targeting performances held in Tokyo or overseas, exhibitions, art projects, participation in international festivals, international collaborations, etc., the program supports start-ups in order for young talents to establish a foothold in future artistic activities.

A project that falls under either of the following (a) or (b) and involves public disclosure
a. Creative artistic activities in Tokyo
Performances, concerts, exhibitions, screenings, art projects and other creative activities in Tokyo
* Projects that combine various artistic activities (festivals, etc.) are also eligible.
a. International artistic creative activities (The site is Tokyo, overseas, or Tokyo and overseas.)
Overseas performances/exhibitions, international collaborations, international festivals, invited performances/exhibitions, etc.
* In the case of "international artistic creative activities" conducted only in Tokyo, overseas artistic organizations and artists must play a major role in the project.
