採択概況[PDF

◆ Number of applications (number of applications accepted): 38 (20)
In addition to flower arrangement, tea ceremony, and calligraphy, which became eligible for the grant from last year, applications were received for a wide range of categories, including nagauta (songs and shamisen), shinnai (joruri and shamisen), nogaku (utai, nogakubayashi, and kyogen), hogakubayashi, shakuhachi, sokyoku and jiuta, gagaku, Japanese dance, biwa, icchubushi, and others.
We received 23 applications from organizations applying for the grant for the first time, of which 11 were accepted. In the screening process, in accordance with the purpose of the grant program, we focused on whether the project mainly involved practical experience, whether it fell under the category of "applicable events" in the guidelines for public applications, and whether the project involved multiple practical experience sessions by the same participant. In addition, in order to connect participants to continuous practical experience (practice) after the completion of the project, the selection of projects was determined by taking into consideration such factors as whether or not the applicant organization had devised a method different from what it normally does, whether or not the target participants were accurately anticipated, and whether or not the appropriate publicity measures were taken for the target participants.
The selected projects showed the characteristics and values of traditional performing arts that the organization wanted to convey to the participants, and were designed to make the experience easy for people with no experience (Selection of programs and songs, rental of musical instruments, etc.). On the other hand, projects for which the specific content of the experience was unclear, the structure was similar to that of regular practice, or the use of the budget was unclear were not adopted.
At the time of application, the "accounting documents for the previous fiscal year" of the applicant organization are required. However, if you apply as a voluntary organization, please submit the financial statements of the organization as accounting documents. Please note that reports on the performance of subsidy or consigned projects received from other subsidy organizations are not recognized as the group's financial statements. It is also possible to reapply for projects that were once rejected. Please review the content and confirm the implementation period of the target project before considering the application for the next time or later.
