Harassment Prevention Course 2025

Practical courses and workshops to prevent harassment in artistic and cultural activities.
In FY 2025, consultation workshops, which were popular in FY 2024, will be held again. In addition, practical seminars and stress management seminars for various creative sites will be held in depth to provide an opportunity for all people involved in creative activities to learn how to create an open and safe creative environment.

Practical Workshop (Close-up Lecture)

In fiscal 2024, we released a practical training video that addresses the real challenges faced by creative workplaces, such as those who want to receive training to prevent harassment but cannot find a lecturer, lack of budget, or schedule conflicts. Part 1 explains various forms of harassment, basic knowledge, and ideas for working with diverse people. Part 2 introduces points for safe creation. In this close-up course, in addition to basic knowledge, you will learn what actions you should take when you see actual harassment or are consulted by others. The aim is not only for individuals to prevent harassment, but also for the entire team to acquire knowledge to maintain a safe environment.

アーカイブ配信中の研修動画「ハラスメント防止講座2024【相談対応編 レクチャー】」の内容を踏まえた実践的なワークショップを通じて、ハラスメント相談対応のスキルを深めます。
集まった参加者同士でグループを組み、さまざまなケースをシミュレーション。多様な視点からのフィードバックを受けることで、現場で直面する課題へ柔軟に対応する力を養います。実践力を高めたい方に向けた、体験型のトレーニングです。［対面開催］

Practical lectures by field (follow-up lectures)

実際の創作現場で実践されているハラスメント防止の取組事例を紹介し、視聴者のみなさんの取組に活かすために役立つ情報を提供します。
2024年度の講座では、制作現場でのハラスメント防止ハンドブックを作成し、撮影現場でのハラスメント防止に努めるaction4cinema 日本版CNC設立を求める会と、舞台芸術におけるハラスメント防止ガイドブック（ver1.0）を2024年5月に公開した一般社団法人緊急事態舞台芸術ネットワーク（JPASN）の事例を紹介しました。本講座では、特にJPASNのガイドブック発行後の反響などについて同法人理事の坂本もも氏に伺いながら、より良い創作環境をつくるために今どのような取組が必要かを考えます。

Stress Management (Follow-up Lecture)

Being able to manage stress appropriately is very important for maintaining calm judgment, maintaining healthy communication with others, and creating a healthy and safe creative environment. In the 2024 course, in addition to an overview of the different types of stress, we introduced a technique called "coping" used in cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce overreactions to stress.
In this lecture, we will continue with Professor Norikazu Tokumasa as a lecturer to deepen your knowledge on how to deal with stress.

Basic Knowledge Legal (Follow-up Course)

In fiscal 2023, we introduced basic knowledge useful from a legal perspective on the prevention of harassment, which is an issue in the field of art and culture where anyone can be a victim, perpetrator, or witness. It introduces recent legal systems, such as the Revised Law for the Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Policies, which obliges small and medium-sized companies to take measures to prevent power harassment, and the Freelance Law, which stipulates measures against harassment at the time of entrustment of freelancers. It also provides an easy-to-understand explanation of harassment cases in the field of arts and culture and required prevention measures.
In this lecture, Professor Kosuke Terauchi will continue as a lecturer from the previous lecture, and from the perspective of legal affairs, students will acquire practical knowledge to realize a creative environment where everyone can respect each other.
