Social Security and Self-Care Seminar 2025
A course to learn the basics of self-care that will lead to social security and sustainable activities that you need to know again.
In fiscal 2025, in addition to regular lectures on child-rearing as a topic, we will offer in-depth lectures on the social security system and systems that freelancers can utilize to provide knowledge for sustainable activities.
Learn about mental self-care to continue creative activities (close-up lecture)
Mind and body are closely connected. Care for both the mind and body is an essential aspect of creative activities, although there are differences in characteristics and degree depending on the field. In this article, we will introduce the basics of mental and physical self-care in order to keep creative activities at their best for a long time, and in particular, we will introduce in-depth tips for mental self-care.

Childbirth, Childcare and Creative Activities: Utilizing Systems and Creating an Environment (Regular Course)
In the course of your artistic and cultural activities, have you ever wondered "How can we continue activities together with our colleagues when they become involved in childbirth and childcare?"? This course focuses on the period from childbirth to infancy, and experts explain in detail the social security system that can be used when you or your family are involved in childbirth and childcare. In addition, we will invite three guests who have experienced childbirth and child-rearing, either themselves or their friends, and listen to their real-life experiences and countermeasures. Students will learn practical knowledge useful for building a foundation for sustainable activities.

Learn how freelancers can be used in case of emergency (follow-up lecture)
The lectures in fiscal 2024 provided easy-to-understand explanations of support for balancing work with childcare and nursing care, financial support in the event of illness or injury, provision for old age, and systems that can be used when life is difficult, along with specific examples from creative sites.
In this lecture, we have Mr. Hokuto Yokoyama as a lecturer again from the previous lecture. He will answer the questions from the participants, and we will learn together about the system that is useful in case of emergency.

Learn the Basics of the Social Security System (Follow-up Lecture)
In the fiscal 2024 lecture, we carefully explained the basics of the social security system using familiar anecdotes. This report explains in an easy-to-understand manner the specific contents of the 4 frameworks of social security based on Article 25 of the Constitution (the right to life) and the contents of security that change between "workers" and "freelancers," along with actual examples. We also introduced tips on how to make effective use of social security and rights that are useful to know when seeking advice at government offices.
In this lecture, we will welcome Mr. Shinichi Yamashita as a lecturer and learn about the social security system while answering questions from the participants.
