Roppongi Art Night 2025

This year's "RAN Focus" will focus on Korea!
More than 50 programs performed by approximately 30 artists
3 days of creative energy at the intersection of diverse cultures and creativity

Roppongi Art Night Executive Committee will hold "Roppongi Art Night 2025," an art festival set in the city of Roppongi, for 3 days from Friday, September 26, 2025 to 28th (Sun). Under the theme of "City, Art and Mirai Festival," the entire city of Roppongi will once again be enveloped in creative energy.
This event has continued to evolve over the years since it was held in 2009, and this year marks the 14th (* Cancelled in 2011 due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.). The most notable program is RAN Focus, which started last year. The program will focus on a particular country or region and showcase works by artists active there. This time, the focus will be on South Korea. A diverse program featuring six up-and-coming Korean artists, including filmmaker Kim Ah-young, who drew attention at the Mori Art Museum's "Machine Love: Video Games, AI and Modern Art" exhibition this year, and Lim Ji-bin, an artist who uses bear balloons to create accessible works in urban settings, will paint the streets of Roppongi.

In addition, more than 50 programs by approximately 30 artists will be held throughout Roppongi, including museums, cultural facilities, large complex facilities, and shopping districts, including installations, performances, music, video, talks, and digital art.

Three special days where touring the city itself is an art experience. This event, which flexibly embraces the changing times and values and questions the potential of art to society, brings new awareness and inspiration to visitors. In autumn, Roppongi is full of encounters and discoveries that stimulate the senses, and we hope you enjoy spending time with art.
