[Recruitment of members] Tama's future topographical map Cleaving Art Meeting "Thinking about care with punk/Thinking about care with punk"

Time of the event

Sunday, September 7, 2025 to late January 2026 (about 10 times in total)
* First meeting: Sunday, September 7, 2025, warm-up exercises: Sunday, September 28. After that, the dates of the activities will be decided according to the contents of the activities.

Venue
Various places in Tama area, etc. * We will decide the place of activity according to the content.

At the Tama Future Topographical Map Cleaving Art Meeting, we have held opportunities to think about care in the community. Visiting places related to social care, exercising and talking with workers. Create workshops and opportunities for dialogue with people interested in children and care through stories and plays. Based on this experience, we are looking for members to plan and manage activities on their own.

The activity is not to do big workshops or make things. There is no detailed plan by the secretariat. The participants, guests, members of the secretariat, and others who gather here bring together their daily interests, awareness of problems, small joys, and incongruity, communicate with each other, think about care while touching on someone's story and other activities, and try to launch each activity in a way that ferments each activity.

The keyword is punk. From the small voices in our daily lives, we gather strength and imagine someone who is not here. Why don't we start something together using the ideas contained in these words as clues?

Punk is a genre of rock music born in the late 1970s that embodies dissident messages and simple, aggressive sounds. Many bands sing anarchistic or leftist messages with the slogan "Do It Yourself." This time, I would like to work with this punk philosophy, ideas and punk attitude.

How to proceedWorkshop structure

Consider care through actions such as drawing, visiting/asking, and talking with members (Includes guests and secretariat).
The first meeting and the second warm-up exercise are held by all members. 3. "Do it for real" will be led by the participating members, and will be managed by the secretariat and guests. a.b.c. You can attend all sessions or just one. Also, a.b.c. interact and join each other as needed. 4 In "Labo," in order to ferment the awareness in 3, we will hold several workshops with everyone.

  1. First meeting (September 7)
Have an opportunity to meet members and guests. They share why they wanted to participate, what they think about care, and the intention of this project.
  2. Warm-up exercises
Think about communication - not just words. Think about how to convey things and feelings unique to that person, such as gestures, signs, ways of writing, and speech. They imagine and sense the richness of the world around them, such as encounters with others, plants, forests, and microorganisms in the soil, and open up the circuits of perception.
  3. Try it
    a. Drawing
While chatting, taking a walk, or having a cup of tea, I loosen the constraints of "I have to" a little and try to talk with the people around me and myself with drawing in between.
    b. Visit/Ask
For example, visit a friend, visit a place for the first time, meet someone for the first time, or have a conversation with someone for the first time. Connect that experience to the next visit/ask.
    c. Dialogue
Through reading and writing together, we discuss and think about what we have noticed and what we would like to explore further.
  4. Labo Ferment and Deepen
We will work with you to talk, dig, and ferment your awareness around the experience of a, b, and c activities. It is set up multiple times during the period.
