Start Box We will open the atelier of a young artist working in Odaiba.
This is a rare opportunity to open the artist's studio to the public and interact with them directly.
Workshops will also be held, so please feel free to drop by.

Workshop

"Yokai Painting Experience"
Artists create clay molds of yokai and participants paint them.
Make use of the shape of a one-of-a-kind yokai and add your own original designs to create a one-of-a-kind yokai figure.
You can take home the figures you made, so let's display them at home.

Time: around 14:00~15: 0:00
Capacity: 5 people (first-come-first-served basis)
Target: Elementary school students and older (Elementary school students are accompanied by their parents)

Participating Artists

Ryo Ogata
Born in Tokyo in April 2001. In April 2020, he entered the Department of Advanced Art Expression, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, graduated from the Faculty in March 2024, and enrolled in the Master's Program of Advanced Art Expression, Graduate School, Tokyo University of the Arts for 2 years. The theme of his works is modern yokai and invisible beings, and he expresses them through paintings, three-dimensional works and animation. In addition, he tries to visualize them by drawing the world that exists between yokai and human beings and between the other world and this world.
