Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo, together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, is working on a project called "Tokyo Artpoint Project" to create various "art points" to create new values and creative activities in society in collaboration with NPOs that are responsible for the local community.
As part of this effort Kunitachi Art Center 2025 will be held for 16 days from Saturday, October 4, 2025 to Sunday, October 19, and will feature exhibition halls scattered throughout the city. This year marks the sixth time that the Kunitachi Art Center has been held, with 22 artists participating at 13 venues in Kunitachi, Tachikawa and Kokubunji. There will also be related programs such as talks, tours, presentations of workshop results, and stamp rallies.
Under the theme of "I'm Learning." the Kunitachi Art Center aims to provide visitors with a time to reconsider how learning should be today from Kunitachi, which has a long history as a cultural district. What are the local landscapes and lifestyles that can be seen from the perspective of "I'm Learning."? Please come.
