Tips for Setting and Negotiating Consideration (Regular Course)
Have you ever experienced "not knowing how to decide the price of a work of art" or "being unilaterally haggled" in a negotiation? In this course, the lecturer will introduce the concepts you need to know when setting compensation and the points of communication with the other party necessary to obtain appropriate compensation from a legal perspective. In addition, we will learn how to think about appropriate compensation and how to communicate while sharing the experiences and practical ideas of guests who are active at the forefront of music and contemporary art creation.
