Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo 's "Social Grant" subsidizes artistic activities in which people from various social environments can participate together and demonstrate their creativity while respecting each other's individuality, as well as activities that take advantage of the characteristics of art and culture to tackle various social and urban issues. The purpose of this program is to raise the new meaning of art and culture in society, to promote pioneering activities that promote art that is open to all, and to support activities that steadily contribute to solving problems with a long-term perspective.
We have decided on the target projects for the second Social Grant of fiscal 2024.
In this fiscal year, the number of applications was 9 out of 38 applications. The total amount of the planned subsidy is 11,889 thousand yen.
