The Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo supports creative activities that enhance the attractiveness of Tokyo's arts and culture and disseminate them to the world, as well as arts activities that promote local culture and address various social and urban issues.
We have determined the projects eligible for the Tokyo Arts and Culture Creation and Dissemination Subsidy (FY 2021 FY 2).
We received 130 applications for Category I Single Year Grants (Phase 2) and selected 35 of them (26.9% acceptance rate). The total amount of the subsidy is 41,307,000 yen.
We received 14 applications for Category III Projects Contributing to the Improvement of the Art Creative Environment (Single Year Grant Period 2), and 2 were selected (14.3% acceptance rate). The total amount of the subsidy is 1.8 million yen.
