Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture Arts Council Tokyo supports creative activities to improve the appeal of Tokyo's arts and culture and to disseminate them to the world, promote local culture, and engage in artistic activities that address various social and urban issues.
We have decided on the target projects for the second phase of FY Reiwa 3 (2021) "Social Grant".
From this fiscal year, we have increased the upper limit of the grant amount to 2 million yen per project, and in order to actively support activities that steadily contribute to solving problems with a long-term perspective, we have established a new policy of giving priority to support projects that have a plan of up to three years, including this application project, and can be expected to achieve results.
In this fiscal year, the number of applications was 6 out of 22 applications (acceptance rate 27.3%). Two of them have been selected as priority support projects for up to three years. The total amount of the planned subsidy is 8,924 thousand yen.
