In order to support creative activities that enhance the attractiveness of Tokyo's arts and culture and disseminate them to the world, the Arts Council Tokyo provides subsidies to organizations and others engaged in activities that have the potential to communicate.
We have decided the projects to be eligible for the "Tokyo Arts and Culture Creation and Dissemination Subsidy" and "Social Support through Arts and Culture Subsidy" in FY 31 (2019) FY 2.
This fiscal year, 128 applications were received for the Tokyo Arts and Culture Creation and Dissemination Grant, and 18 applications were received for the Arts and Culture Social Support Grant. As a result of strict screening by the Arts Council Tokyo, 58 grants for creativity and communication and 8 grants for social support were selected (Creation and Dissemination Grant (single year) 45.3% selected, Social Support Grant 44.4%). Incidentally, the total amount of the project is 65,633,000 yen and the total amount of the project is 5.7 million yen.
