This time, Arts Council Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture) has decided on the target projects of the 26th fiscal year II Creation Grant [single-year subsidy program].
This grant program subsidizes a portion of the activity expenses of Tokyo-based arts organizations and other organizations in order to support creative activities and their bearers to improve the attractiveness of Tokyo's arts and culture and disseminate them to the world. The target is activities that start after October 1, 26 and end by September 30, 27. This fiscal year, 98 applications were received, and 39 were accepted as a result of rigorous screening by Arts Council Tokyo (39.8% acceptance rate). The total amount of the planned subsidy is 46.59 million yen.
